a community partnership

for kids

Camp Chance is a 5-day residential summer camp offering a structured camping and counseling experience with a mix of challenging physical, mental and emotional activities. Over 850 middle school at-risk/underserved youth have benefited from this camping program. More about us.

San Rafael Police officers join with Marin County Sheriff deputies to participate with the kids in all activities during the week of Camp Chance. This informal and personal contact with peace officers is a big win-win for the kids, police, and community. Our Partners and Sponsors.

Making a Difference

This program is completely funded by local citizens and businesses. We rely on people like you who can give these kids a chance to build good relationships with police officers, their schools, and within their neighborhoods. Please consider a donation to Camp Chance today.
